When me and Kingsley and I got back from Bookers we tagged along in the Healthy Lifestyle task that was at hand.

We talked about what makes a healthy lifestyle and how to eat correctly and the correct workouts and fitness to do, like aerobic exercises and anaerobic exercises and what they improve and how they improve them.

Aerobic exercises are a basic warm up/light exercises and anaerobic exercises are the main ones that burn away body fat and tone your muscles as they are not getting as much oxygen so they work 10 times harder.

Another thing we talked about is flexibility and strength, Flexibility is important as if you are not flexible you are more prone to accidents like pulling a muscle and it is important to have strength so you can control your weight and reduces the risk of osteoporosis .
