Today we did a workshop on healthy living which entailed us to fill out a sheet on the eat well plate. The eat well plate is in five fractions mostly fruit, veg and carbs the three other ones are sugar protein and dairy it is important to keep a balanced.
We the found out what the different types of exercise such as aerobic which is just a slow and steady warm-up and anaerobic is working the muscles hard to increase muscle mass and promote weight loss. Flexibility is important as this will prevent you from pulling muscles and allow you to be limber. Strength training is good as this will increase the confidence.
