Things I learned today

I learned about being healthy and what you should or shouldn’t do to keep your mind and body healthy. We learned about the eatwell plate and the different sections in the eatwell plate. Then we learned about the different exercises including Anaerobic,  Aerobic, Flexibility, and strength. Then we learned a little bit about mental wellbeing. Then discussed about the different equipment in a gym and timed our resting heart rate.
