What do I aim to achieve by the end of you programme?
By the end of my programme I would like to get a job, so that I can have the funds to invest in better graphic equipment.
What you need to do in order to follow the programme?
All I have left to do is an email observation by Faye and my Word Processing exam, once I’ve done that all I have to do is job search and develop soft skills further.
What are the rules and regulation at Swansea ITeC?
The rules and regulations are as follows:
- No food in class.
- No open drinks in class, a container with a lid however is acceptable.
- No irrelevant websites whilst on a task
- No pornography
- No drugs
- No alcohol
- No swearing
- If you are not going to be in you must phone in to let ITeC know of this
- No smoking Indoors
- Do not be disrespectful to members of staff
- Be nice to one and other
- No violence
- No bullying
- Be on time for class
- Always sign in and out every day

What Support do you have at ITeC?
The amount of support is good, If you are struggling with a task you can always ask one of the members of staff who will try to help you, they also try to help you personally with confidence and anxiety to the best of their abilities and may suggest other options to help.

What do you need to improve?
I need to improve my confidence when it comes to crowds of people, I need to improve my grammatical skills, I also need to improve my Photoshop skills, my motivation, my self confidence, my happiness, my drive, my time managing skills, my punctuality and my organisation skills.
How are you going to improve it?
By practising my skills and developing them, better time management, try to maintain motivation, make a conscious effort to be more punctual and organised
