My previous work experience has mostly been hands on work. This includes working behind a bar at a football center and six shifts in McDonalds. My previous experience with computers is non existent.
My current role is service desk apprentice, on an average day at work i will be answering the phones and dealing with customers from 8 to 12. After that i will have some time to go through my queue and close off tickets that have been assigned to me.
I am hoping to gain a lot of knowledge about IT and the different aspects that are included in the sector through this course. A goal i am hoping to achieve through the course within the next 12 months is being offered permanent placement with circle IT.
