employer should be able to check the social media accounts of potential employees >:{

We had to debate this topic today I was on the for team and so was Conner he began with the oping statement and I follow with a counter after the other team had spoken I believe we won this debate but I do believe that both should come to some understating as the topic is not as simple as black and white or blue and red theirs more to it and checking social media for work is both the responsibility  of the employer and employ and you should not check it after see a CV and think oh these look good but what the Facebook like if you think someone CV is good they should them an interview and if theirs something fishy or it seem they my have left some out then check it but even then they need to look at how relevant  it is a post from a year ago in a party is not important  a sexist joke from a week ago is but I do  think it went well and I happily do one again.
